SR22 GTS G2 vs G3

does anyone know of an article that compares the G2 to the G3. I am
trying to finalise a decission an would rather spend less $, but
dont want to short chnage myself. I am a new pilot

Answers

The latest and greatest SR22 has the Garmin attitude-based autopilot, which should be a lot better than the rate-based autopilots in the older airplanes. It also has the Garmin glass panel instead of the Avidyne, so you can expect fewer service hassles (Avidyne seems to have been created to torture its customers).

In this market, however, it might be better to buy a used SR22 and save $200,000 to put in the bank for when you want to buy a pressurized airplane capable of flying through known ice.
